What zone is the land of PULAU Villas in, and why is this important?

On Bali, land zones differ in terms of usage and the possibilities for renting out villas:

1. Pink Zone (commercial and residential):

  • Renting out villas is allowed for short-term and long-term rent
  • Residential houses and commercial properties, including hotels, can be built.

2. Yellow Zone (residential)

  • Renting out villas is allowed but for long-term rent only (yearly)
  • Only residential houses can be built; commercial properties are prohibited.

3. Green Zone (agricultural and conservation)

  • Renting out villas is prohibited
  • Only agricultural buildings are allowed

In which currency can I pay for the villa?
