What zone is the land of PULAU Villas in, and why is this important?
On Bali, land zones differ in terms of usage and the possibilities for renting out villas:

1. Pink Zone (commercial and residential):
- Renting out villas is allowed for short-term and long-term rent.
- Residential houses and commercial properties, including hotels, can be built.

2. Yellow Zone (residential):
- Renting out villas is allowed but for long-term rent only (yearly).
- Only residential houses can be built; commercial properties are prohibited.

3. Green Zone (agricultural and conservation):
- Renting out villas is prohibited.
- Only agricultural buildings are allowed.

I would like to point out that PULAU Villas is located in the pink zone, which means our investors will not face any issues when renting out the villas.
In which currency can I pay for the villa?
We accept payments in 12 currencies: USD, EUR, AUD, SGD, IDR, CAD, CHF, CNH, CNY, GBP, HKD, JPY.

You can also pay for the villa with cryptocurrency to our company's cryptocurrency account.
How do you protect the villas at Pulau Villas from mold formation?
We pay great attention to waterproofing and using materials that are resistant to mold. Additionally, all villas are equipped with a ventilation system to prevent stagnant moist air inside the villas.

Yes, you can buy a villa without coming to Bali. 80% of our buyers prefer a remote transaction.

The 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom villas have an ocean view. The windows face the sunrise side.
